Can't logon to outlook (2000 or XP) on windows XP box

We are having logon issue with outlook(2000 or XP)
installed on windows XP. For some reason all the office
(2000 or XP) installation on the windows XP box, we are
getting incorrect logon credential. It doesn't like
anything we put in. For sure it's not incorrect PW. Any
ideas?? Thank you in advance!

You don't log into Outlook - are you using an Exchange server? If so, what
version of Exchange?
