can't move my messages from outlook express to microsoft outlook

tried help but their seems to be a step indicated on the help menu which does
not appear when I use the export facility - "Choose profile" is missing sorry
if I have not explained very well. The export function works, but because I
can't give it a name i can't find !

Did you set up your account in Outlook? Control Panel->Mail Icon->Show
Profiles->New. When you open Outlook (2003) it will detect your OE settings
and offer to import everything. Say yes.
