I installed Office 2003 on Windows XP.
I have no problem composing and saving new documents,
but when I try to open them after saved,
I get the message "The file <file name> is not available" in Word
and "PowerPoint can't read <file name>" in PowerPoint.
When I exit the Word application, I get the message,
"The file Normal.Dot already exists. Do you want to replace the existing
file?"
I tried Repairing and Reinstalling Office, but it doesn't help.
Thank you in advance for your help.
