Can't open attachment in Outlook 2000

Hi,

I've just installed Outlook 2000. Someone sent me a JPG
file which I cannot open. If I save it to disk, Paint Shop
Pro messages me with "can't open the file".

If I forward it to myself and receive it via Eudora 5.1, I
have no problem opening it.

What gives?
