can't open document

Hi, I copied a 68 page file to a cd. When I try to open
the document I receive the following message:

Word cannot start the converter DOSWRD32.

I need help.

Are you trying to open the file directly from the CD? That would be part of
the problem, since Word probably can't create the necessary temp files on
the CD. Instead, copy the file to your HD an open it from there.
