When I access the journal entries for a contact by
clicking on the activities tab & then selecting "journal",
I will get a list of journal entries for that contact.
However when I double click a journal entry, I get a
message that the item can't be opened. When I switch to
the journal and go to the same item, it opens right away.
I didn't have this problem in the past, and I don't know
what caused it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
