Can't open my WebSite on new computer

I was using a Windows 98 computer and bought a new one with Windows XP.
Installed Front Page on the new PC. I made a copy of my website from the
orignial computers directory c:\weshare\Wwwroot\pierceway and put it on a
CD, but for the life of me I can not find a way to get Front Page to open
this up and store it on the new PC. If anyone has any ideas as to what I am
doing wrong it would be appreciated. I tried entering the directory
information, but that does not seem to work?
