Can't open OL 97

I can't open OL 97 (error message says the .DLL file is
either damaged or could not be found). Any suggestions on
how I can get to my contact list so I can get addresses to
mail Christmas cards?

Have you tried doing a Detect and Repair? You should find the command on
Outlook 97's Help menu. You'll need to have your Office CD handy when you
do a repair.

if you upgraded to outlook 2003 over office '97, you will
have a problem with addresses for envelopes and merging
contacts for labels. i had to upgrade to Office 2003.
Doesn't seem fair since Microsoft seemed to indicate that
Outlook 2003 was compatible with Office '97. But that
was my solution. Good luck.
