Tell us more. Do other files open? If you have access to another PC or
version of Project (i.e. Project 2000 or 2002), will the file open there?
If other files will not open either, then Project is probably damaged
and you should run Detect and Repair found under the Project menu. If
you can't even start Project, then you will probably need to do a
re-install.
If other files will open, then the file is probably corrupt. If it won't
open at all, you will probably need to go back to your latest backup
copy and use that.
Lots of possibilities.
