I have a user that is using Outlook 2003 and has an HP LaserJet 1100
printer. This user can print most emails but occasionaly she will receive a
message when she prints that says:
"One or more of the items you tried to print does not support printing and
was not printed." She is just selecting the message in her Inbox and then
clicking on the printer icon when she gets this error. If she double clicks
on the message and opens it in another window it will print just fine.
This only happens to some emails and they aren't anything special. They are
in plain text format and having nothing fancy contained in them.
Has anyone else had this problem and now what the cause and solution is to
fix it?
