Can't Print specific mail

Hi,

I'm suffering a problem of printing problem in Outlook 2002. When I try to print a mail (mail A, for example), after pressing the "Print" button or go to File --> Print, they are no response at all. But when I try to print others, (for example mail B and C...etc.), it can be printed out to the printer immediately. I also try to print the same mail A from other PC, the same result come out.

Is it caused from mail A? What setting can I avoid this print problem for this mail A?
