Can't read file

I have Windows XP and have Excel 2002 office. When I click
on the Excel icon it gives an error message "Cannot Read
File" and I click Ok two or three time, it them opens into
an worksheet that I didn't create. The worksheet is called
netscore. Please advise!

Hi
have a look in your Excel start folder if there're some file which
Excel can't process and also remove netscore.xls from this folder
