can't receive emails only

It says: have a problem receiving emails, I can send, etc..its saying
reported error Ox800CCCCOF the connection to the server was interrupted, if
problem continues contact your server adm or ISP

Disable you email scanner from your AV. You will still be protected by your
AV's resident scanner
