Can't receive emails

I made Outlook my default email service, but have not
been able to receive messages, not even manually. When I
go to Tools then Send/Receive, anything I try to click on
refuses to open. Any ideas?

How did you setup your mail account? Did you test the account settings? What
type of account do you have?

I didn't set up any accounts because it's only me. How do
I test account settings? It worked fine for half a day
and then stopped responding at all. When I went back to
Outlook Express and made it my default program I got over
50 emails!

You have to setup an account in Outlook. Otherwise, how does it know where
your mail server is? Did you import the account from Outlook Express?
