Cant receive emails

I set up my outlook and for some reason I can only send emails. I set it up
yesterday and did a test and all checked out. I even received the test
email that was sent. I need help. Why did it work yesterday and not
today????

Did you try to disable your AV's email scanning. What happens when you disable it.
