Can't receive the text portion of emails from Japan

Hi,

My destop works fine for receiving all emails.

My laptop receives the header only on emails from Japan. I don't see any
text in the body of the email.

Any ideas?

I'm taking a shot in the dark here but do you have the Japanese character
set installed on your machine?
