We have a user with an enormous amount of email which we
exported to a PST file and he moves new items to. However,
he's reached the 2GB size limit on the PST file and can't
even delete items from it now.
The error message says 'messaging interface has returned
an unknown error'. We installed a hotfix (Office 2000)
from the Microsoft site which was successful but the error
still occurs when he tries to delete items from the PST
file.
Is there any way to resolve this issue? Thanks, Katherine
