Can't Remove Spam Alarm Outlook 2003

I installed Spam Alarm for Outlook 2003 and after uninstalling, it
still apears in the main tool menu. None of the options work however.
Any idea how to remove it?

Go to Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> button Advanced Options...-> button
Add-in Manager and/or COM Add-ins and see if it's listed there.

In addition to that you might need to rename outcmd.dat and/or extend.dat to
*.old to reset the Toolbar (outcmd.dat) and add-in settings (extend.dat)

Great suggestion. Renaming the outcmd.dat to outcmd.old did the trick.
