Cant reply web email in my new laptop using Vista

Hi,

When I logon to my company's MS Outlook Web Access. Everthing's fine but
when i cant reply.

When I tab on reply button it goes to the reply screen however, the area for
me to type my replies are not available. It's reply with a red "X" something
like if you can get a picture loaded.

I used to use XP on my old laptop but everything's ok.

Can anyone advise? Is it because of Vista? Is it because of some settings in
the explorer that i need to set?

a) microsoft.public.exchange.clients is the right place
for OWA issues as it is part of Exchange, not part of Outlook.

b) You'll want to tell your Exchange administrator to install the hotfix in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/911829 on the server because
you are running
Vista, and that should put the text boxes back on the form.

Dear FH,

Thanks for your reply. Am I right to say that on my end there's nothing i
can do to improve this suitation? Unless i downgrade myself back to XP?

I dont think my company's IT will entertaine my request.

Try Firefox?
Ask them if they support RPC over HTTP so that you can use Outlook at home
instead of OWA?

But, again, OWA is not part of Outlook. Maybe there is a client side
solution, but I'm not aware of any. And as Vista becomes more prevalent,
they are going to have to apply the patch anyways.
