A user in our office cannot save certain attachments to
either a network drive or her local drive. She has had
no problem doing so in the past. The files are Quick
Books files, and are fairly large (15MB). When the user
tries to save the file, the following message box pops up:
"Outlook could not save this file." Prior to yesterday
these files were saved just fine. No software has been
installed that uses Outlook, and no settings changes have
been made either to Outlook or to Exchange.
System info: Outlook 2002 (SP2); Windows XP Pro (SP1);
network Windows 2000 (SP4); Exchange 2000 (SP1); all
under SBS 2000 (SP1).
Thanks for any ideas.
