Can't Save My Document/Strange Messages

I can't save my word document because I get an error message saying that it isn't accessible. It says it may be located on an unavailable volume or protected with a password

I have been doing many of these same kind of documents in the same way - no problems in saving them. NONE of them have passwords or anything like that. I have not been into any password or protecting screen. In fact, I am not sure I could find it on my own without using the "help wizard" when I am trying to find out what is wrong with this thing

This document is no longer than some of the others - in fact much shorter. Some of them have been as much as 6 or 7 pages and this one is only 2 pages

WHY am I getting this crazy message? I was able to save it under a temporary name as Doc 2 but what I need to call it as what it really is by it's item

When I did a search in my computer to see if the document was in there somewhere in the files or hidden files or anywhere for that matter -- it came up saying no such file found

PLEASE HELP ME !! I even tried recreating the document from scratch to see if there was something wrong along the way with it, but that did not seem to matter either

Hi Tabbi,

What is the file name you are trying to use? Sounds like you are
trying to use a slash (/) and that is a illegal character in a file
name.
