Can't save photos to publisher

I can't save photos to publisher from the web. All I get is text. This only
happens on my notebook. My desktop saves the picture with no problem. I
edited the micro securites, etc and saved to my pictures folder but still the
photo doesn't open. I compared settings between my notebook and desktop and
they're the same in all areas. Any suggestions?

Empty the cache on your notebook and try again. In IE, tools, Internet Options,
delete files.
