can't save to jpeg or other graphics file format

I am not able to save to a jpg or other graphics file format. (Publisher
2002).
Any suggestions? is this a common problem? Didn't see anything referencing
it in the forum.

Sorry, I don't have a fix for you.

Can you save in the .pub format successfully?

Does this happen with all documents?

Do you have a retail version of Pub2002
that has been activated?

Yes I can save to pub format

No pub doc's will save to graphics file

retail version - yes

Maybe you need to install the
graphics filters.

Might be worth a try to go to...
Add-Remove Programs...select
Microsoft Publisher 2002 / Change /
Add or Remove Features...etc....etc...

yes, happens with all documents

Are all your graphics filters installed? How large is the file you are trying to
convert? Does the file already have graphics, is it one page?
