Can't see pictures....

I've just purchased publisher 2003. I follow the directions for opening a pic
from my files. I click insert but all I see on the newsletter is the picture
frame box.I have detailed view selected as well. Any ideas?

How about an upgraded video driver? What format is the image? Do you have the service
pack for Office 2003?

I am downloading the service pack for office 2003 now. I'll see if that fixes
it. I'm contacting dell about video drivers. But I didn't purchase publisher
from them so they're not much help right now. Where else do I go to find out
about drivers? The images are jpeg. Thanks

OK....The service pack works. I can see all graphics and photos now. Thank
