can't send e-mails. Get immediate error message 0x800CCC131

Can anybody help? I am frustrated and get NO help from
Microsoft. Problem is new. Haven't been able to send
messages since Thursday (December 4th)and must solve
problem FAST.

i have had this problem ever since I put in a wireless

router. It does not do it when I use dial up. I dont
have an answer, have spent hours on tech support with
every company. If you get one please contact me at
(e-mail address removed). I will do same.
