can't send email from outlook 2993

I'm using outlook 2003 sp2 with 2 email profile(e.g A & B), windows xp sp2,
norton internet security 2006. I recently rebuilt my pc and my "A" email
profile can receive email but can't send email, the email appear in sent item
folder but recipient didn't receive the email from "A" email profile. My "B"
email profile send & receive ok. I have tried disable windows firewall,
disable norton internet security, uninstall norton security, reinstall
outlook 2003. My "B" email profile still can't send email. Any help,
suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

No error, everything seem normal. However, my "A" email profile didn't
receive the test account email either.
