Can't send messages to anyone off the pop server

I currently get my mail through my universities POP
server. The problem is I can only send email to others
who share the ufl.edu address and not to anyone who
doesn't. Is there a setting I can change so I can send
email to anyone? Thanks

What version of Outlook are you using? Note: this group does not support
Outlook Express.
