Can't Send or Receive

Hi there,

I've been only able to access mail when I FIRST open
outlook 2002, and even then get error messages both
0x8004021A & B. I've checked the updates, and it looks
like I already have xp service pack 3 so that's not the
problem. I even repaired windows both as a repair and
then when that didn't work, I reinstalled the whole
thing. One article said to uninstal outlook
express...still no help. Any insight? I'm hesitant to
deactivate my virus scanner completely for obvious
reasons.
