can't use adress book to print envelope,

I get an error message that says log in failed and I need to log in into
Microsoft Exchange before I can use the address book to create an envelope.
I can use the address book any other time without this error message. how do
I access the address book from a document and create an envelope from my
address book contacts???

You need to post at least some information. At a minimum:
1. Outlook and Word versions
2. What your default mail transport is and how you have configured the
Outlook Address Book.
3. The steps you are using to try to access your Contacts and whether
Outlook is running when you try.
