Caps to Lower Case

I remember being taught that if someone accidentally had the Caps Lock key
on, and typed all caps, that there was a way to change that to lower case.
Does anyone else remember how to do that? That was when I had Word 97, I
have 2003 now, but hopefully the same thing will work.
