Cash Flow - Microsoft Project

I have a single construction activity and want to set up a standard S curve
cash flow acorss the duration. I also want to delay the actual cash flow to
be one month behind the actual construction dates.

Is this possible?

Piece of cake.
Try export timescaled data (Cumulative Cost), ie S Curve, to EXCEL.
Cash flow has two components, money going out in a more or less continuous
curve, and money coming in as less frequent increments in steps as progress
payments. MSP allows negative fixed costs, which can be used to model
progress payment milestones (Costs are positive, income is negative).
In this way, a construction contractor can model cash flow to ensure that
his position is always in the black. After all, you wouldn't want to finance
the client's project with your overdarft, would you?
