Catalog merge and Outlook

I am trying to use catalog merge with my Outlook contacts to make a group
directory and can't figure out why the fields available to merge in Publisher
are not the same fields in my Outlook contacts list. For example, there is a
"Notes" field in Outlook, but that does not show up as an available field in
Publisher. That is one of many fields where this happens.

I am using Office 2007.

Don't know much about Outlook, I do know some of the notes I type into the
address book I wouldn't want merged.
