Catalog merge - need more than 4 rows

OK with mail/catalog merge but need 50 rows per page. I can't size the mail
merge box, is there a workaround? TIA

I can resize the catalog box to fifty rows. Are you creating a text box into the
box first? Zoom real close and try adjusting the catalog box. You will have to
change your font size to maybe 8 points.

There is another way to setup a directory with names only.
Page setup
custom
width 7.5
height .2
Click change copies per sheet
Type .5 top
..5 side
zero gaps
This should get you 52 entries per page. Set the margin to zero. Use a 9 point
font.
