Change all amounts at once

I would like to ask. I have a pricelist of about 300 items, and I want to
deduct 5% from the cost all items. Is there a way to do it at once or do I
have to go to each one separately?

Depends whether you need to track the changes or not....
If you don't need to then it's easy, if you do need to then it gets a bit
more complicated. In my experience you should ALWAYS track the changes
because if you don't you can bet your a**se that someone will ask you how
you got to those numbers...

While I would guess you are talking about a price list in MS Excel
Spreadsheet. You could have one in Word, Access or A financial program,
maybe not even a Microsoft program.

Also it would be helpful if we know what version of that program you are
using.

As Gordon wisely noted, it is also important if you want or don't want
to change any prior or current data or just new data. We need to know a lot
more about your system and any formulas or calculations that might reference
that price list before we can make suggestions that might cause a lot of
unexpected problems.
