Hi
I have a organisation chart that lists all the positions and also the
processes that each person performs. The visio org chart is generated from a
spreadsheet.
Some processes are performed by a number of people across different teams.
In order to make the chart easier to read is it possible to setup an if type
statement that says if the text says xyz then use this colour.
Equally I would like a hyperlink to appear on each process to take to a more
detailed process map. Is it possible to embed a hyperlink into each process
from an excel spreadsheet?
