Change Envelope Default

Using Word 200

I don’t like the default settings for the envelope delivery & return address
How can I change the font size etc. so the format is always the same
I don’t want to keep changing it every time I type an envelope

Modify the styles in your template:
Envelope Address
Envelope Return

Probably the normal.dot template. But, specifically, the attached template
to whatever document you are using. You can make the changes in the document
and check the box to "save to template." You want to modify the styles.

Whichever template you are calling the letters from. Usually this will be
normal.dot, but if you want a different layout for particular letters then
it will be the letter's template.
