Change Outlook Color

I want to make it so when you send an email to somebody it will change the color of the subject line in their inbox a different color (ie. red, green, etc). Is there any way to do that??

No you can't as that is controlled by the client program and client settings
of the receiver. You can however mark your message with importance High
which will show an exlamation mark in fron of it.

Or set a reminder flag and once the due date passes, if the user has Outlook, it will show up red.
