We have a number of new laptops which have Office 2003
installed and which link to our Microsoft Exchange Server
by LAN or VPN to download e-mails. All users of these
new laptops/office programme are now being prompted to
change their passwords. When we try to do this we get an
message saying the password has not been changed and that
we need to log on to the network. It is also not
responding when we log on to the server before starting
outlook. Anyone have any ideas?
