Change project manager on MS project server 2003

Hi All,

I have a question about changing the project manager on MS project server
2003.

I have followed the steps to republish entire project and selected the
Become a manager for these assignments check box. But when the member of
team logo on to Microsoft Office Project Web Access 2003, add the new tasks
and then fill out timesheet of project for this new task, but the timesheet
update still be sent to the original project manager for approval, not sent
to new project manager.

Do you know how I can change it to new project manager?
