Change user FirstName in AD didn't reflect in SharePoint user info

Hi,

I am using this link to get user Username and Department information and put
into a corresponding field in InfoPath 2007 form inside SharePoint 2007

My problem was:
1. If I change user First, Last Name & Department in AD, it didn't reflect
automatically in these areas:
-SharePoint Site-Site Actions-Site Settings-User and Permissions-People and
groups
-inside an InfoPath form username and Department field

My Questions:
-where infopath form got user info, is it from SharePoint user and group or
from AD
-I try to clear cache and reboot AD and SharePoint but if I change First and
Last Name in AD, it won't reflect in Infopath form field.
How do I fix it
