Use Getuserprofile logged as me but type another username

I have followed this closely but would like to be able to put a users name
when they call me for a request, i would type in there username login and
then autopopulate using the getuserprofile but its not working. What can I
do?

Hello,

I followed the steps given by your link blog and it is executed successfully
for me. Can you give more details what are the steps followedb by you. Make
sure that filter “FirstName†is case sensitive.

Can you check once without filter is working or not?
