changing account name

I changed the name for a user who was recently married.
People can now find her by new name when sending mail but
when she sends mail it still has her old last name in the
from feild.
I changed, at least i am fairly certain, all the settings
in exchange.
Is there some setting in outlook i am missing? Or is
there somewhere else I should be looking.

Presuming you changed her default SMTP address in Exchange to reflect the
new address, did you create an entirely new mail profile for her?

Changed the X400 address as well? You might to continue this in the Exchange
newsgroup.
