Changing Calender Template

I'm trying to create a calender in publisher which is smaller than A4. I've
opened one of the monthly calender templates which I'm basing mine on and
have made a few changes to the size of the table so that it's the size I want
but these changes are not replicated on each page. I've tried looking at the
master slide but that didn't have anything on it. Can I view and alter the
template so that the changes I make (to font and grid size) are replicated on
each page of the calender? I'm sure it would be simple enough if only I knew
where to look..! Many thanks

Don't know any way to do this on all pages together unless
you put the grid on the master page which would then be
replicated on each page. The problem with this is you would
have to create your text boxes for the dates separately on
each page which is putting you back right where you started.
If there is a way to do this hopefully someone else has an
idea.

Use a Design Gallery calendar. Do a date range, re-size, change the font. When
you have it the way you want, copy, paste, click the wand and do a date range
change on the new month. You will have to change the font on the days but it
only means selecting all the cells and changing the font. The size of the
calendar will be the same as the original.

I have a calendar on my web site that uses the master page for each month. It is
plain. It is not A4, but it will give you an idea on how to use the master page.
