changing defalt from OE to Outlook

When I move into a folder and want to send a picture or
file attachment to someone, I right click the mouse and
use the mail option. The only problem is the attachement
loads up express and I'm using normal Outlook. How can I
change the defalt to be normal outlook and not express.
I'm on windows 98.

I want to send a page from a website it automatically
switches to Outloook. Am unable to change the default
settings.

I'm having the same problem, but for some reason the setting in
Internet Explorer doesn't work. I can change it back by opening
Outlook Express, but each time I open Outlook it steals back the
defaults. ?
