Changing Default Office message form

When I click "NEW" in Outlook, and a new mewsage form appears - well, what I
want to do is have a sentence and either a .jpg or .bmp file in the new
message form. I do not want to 'attach' anything. I want the default to be
something like this:

yadda-Yadda-Yadda
[.jpg or .bmp]

You need to create an HTML page, save it to your OL template folder
and then choose that as your default Stationery when using HTML
messages from the Tools > Options > Mail Format > Stationery selection
(set mail format to HTML to make the stationery option available).

Alternatively, you can edit one of the existing Stationery templates.

1. From the main Outlook window, on the Tools menu, click Options, and
then click the Mail Format tab.

2. In the Compose in this message format list, click HTML.

3. Click Stationery Picker.

4. In the Stationery box, click the stationery you want to change, and
then click Edit.

5. Modify as needed.

For more complete details, hit F1 for Help in OL and enter STATIONERY.
