Changing domains

Hi
I hope someone can help with this problem.
We have some XP clients, they have installed on them office XP (the office
XP is OEM I think, well 99% sure anyway) all users were OK, and it all
worked fine, they would come on to our NT4 domain, log on and use office OK,
with no problems.

I started to move them over one by one to the new active directory domain,
after changing the domain from the old one, to the new one, they now log on
OK, but office wont work it just says that it is only installed for one
instance.
I don't have any policies running on the new domain yet, the only thing I
can think of is; that it is because the Office XP is an OEM version.

Can anyone confirm this or do you know of any other reason that this might
happen
