Changing folder views?

My boss has a TON of folders in Outlook, and we can't
figure out how to change the views on all of them. He's
created a custom view, but has to go to each folder and
change it. Seems like Outlook would have a change all
function...

doesn't... I usually change the default view then it applies to all folders
using the default view.
