Changing Font Type of Entire Document

When I hit control-a to highlight the whole document to change the font
type, I see only
the single page is highlighted. There is no "Highlight Entire Story"
like in older versions.
How can I change the font of a long document?

The text boxes were automatically created by Publisher 2003
when I inserted text.

If the text boxes are linked, when you "select all" and change the font, all pages
should change. You will lose the "select all" command if you go to another page
before you change the font attributes.

The text boxes were not automatically linked when Publisher
added the pages. And my documents usually have over 120
pages. Do you know how to get Publisher to automatically
link them upon insertion, or to correct the whole document
to make them linked?

If Publisher created the text boxes automatically they are linked. Look on the bottom
of a selected text box, click the linked (the arrow) icon, it should take you to the
top of the next text box. Try this, format, font schemes, if one of the pre-designed
font scheme is not what you want, create a custom scheme, apply it to your
publication. The custom schemes dialogues are found, format, "Styles and Formatting."

In addition to Mary's advice, if you use a Font Scheme in the future, you
won't have to worry about linking your text boxes.
