changing format of an invitation

Help! I'm a beginner at Publisher and having a bit of a problem. I created an
invitation that prints on a single sheet of paper. All of the information is
on the same side. When I fold it in half, it's like I have a piece of paper
with information on both sides of it. I wanted an invitation that had a tent
fold. The paper should fold in half from top to bottom. The front should be
facing you. When you flip it up, the information should be facing you at the
bottom half of the page.

I've tried going into FILE and then PAGE SET up but I can't seem to find the
correct setting to get it to print the way I want it too. Any help that can
be provided would be greatly appreciated.

File, page setup, folded card, tent card...
Publisher will ask about 2 pages, click yes, insert two more pages. The front of the
card is page one, the inside is page four. Print the current page turn it over and go
to page four and print the current page again.
Publisher will insert your images and text correctly. On the screen it may not look
right because you expect it to be upside down; (do a print preview) it will print
correctly.
