Changing ruler increments?

Is there a way to change the ruler increments, thereby changing the snap to increments or does it just default to the 16th of an inch only? I'm trying to make all text carrying boxes the same size and can come close but can't snap them into the same size. It's really close enough but I was just wondering if I can make the snaps and nudge increments smaller than they ar

If you zoom in more, in you can increase the ruler increments, there for
increasing the snap to options.

The ruler increments change as you zoom in.
If you want to make more precise adjustments, then you can use the
Measurement toolbar in Publisher 2000 or later.

In later Publisher versions you can determine the size of a text-box by
right-clicking, format text box, size tab. There is the old copy and paste method
too.

If David was here he would say something sarcastic about
using centimtres instead of inches as a millimeter is
smaller than a sixteenth of an inch but anyway the problem
seems to be solved to the ops satisfaction.
